The City of Mandurah propose to lease a 62.7sqm portion of office space at Reserve 46854 (No. 19 Fathom Turn, Mandurah) plus a seabed lease area of 2326sqm to Saggers Investments Pty Ltd (as Trustee for THE SAGGERS FAMILY TRUST) trading as ‘Saggers Marine’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration: $73,260 (inclusive of GST and variable outgoings) with CPI increases to be applied annually, and market rent reviews upon the further term. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $73,260 (inclusive of GST and variable outgoings) on 10 May 2023.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal. Submissions should be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah at 3 Peel Street, Mandurah WA 6210 or mailed to PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 by Friday 28 July 2023.
